Marina Chef is a French photographer born in 1988. She lives in Amsterdam and works in the Netherlands and internationally.
With a Strategic Marketing Master degree from INSEEC Paris Business School, she started by working in digital communication for six years as a project manager. She then decided to make a career switch and head toward a more creative and meaningful job to her eyes. The decision of photography came to her naturally as she has always been photographing.
She had a training in photography in Paris, including documentary, studio photography and post treatment.
She has a strong interest in portrait photography and in taking photos of people in general. She likes telling people’s stories in their environment, giving a glimpse of the connection she has while photographing these people.
Besides, she is interested in depicting the energy of places and in working with objects.
